In Memory of Sir William Phipard Knight Who represented the Town & County of Poole in Parliament.
He departed this Life January 23rd 1723 aged 73 And of Dame Mary his Wife Who died May 1st 1725 aged 44
Also of George Phipard Their Son Who died August 28th 1739 aged 24
Also of Elizabeth Phipard their Grandaughter Who died February 4th 1767 aged 17
Also of John Phipard another Son of the above named Sir William & Dame Mary and Father of the said Elizabeth Phipard Who died April 10th 1774 aged 63 Having by his Will orderd this Monument to be erected.
Near this Place lie the Remains of Elizabeth Wife of William Cleeves late Merchant of this Town Daughter of the above named Sir William and Dame Mary Phipard Who died March 31st 1769 aged 55
Also of William Phipard Esquire eldest Son of the above named Sir William and Dame Mary who died December 27th 1788 Aged 80 Years
