Welch, Gladys Welch

Gladys Welch in tartan. At the age of 15 in 1907 Gladys was taken on as a Female Learner for the Post Office. By 1911 at the age of 19 she was a telephonist and Clerk for the Post Office. Her future husband, Alexander Ernest Key and his sister Constance were also working for the Post Office in 1911. His younger brother, Leonard, would soon join them.
