Museum Ref No: DC-PL/A/1/2/1Charter of the Lords and Barons of Winchelsea 1364, held at Dorset History Centre (DC-PL/A/1/2/1). Charter confirming that the waters between Redcliffe Attwell and the North Haven belong to the Mayor and Barons of Winchelsea and are not part of the admiralty jurisdiction of the Mayor and Burgesses of Poole. With attached 1667 translation.
