Heckford Farm, 1755

Transcript of entry in Salisbury Journal of 30th June 1755.
" To be lett at Michaelmas next. At Heckford Farm, near the Town and County of Poole, Dorset. A Dairy of Ten or Fifteen good Milch Cows, great profit to be made thereby in selling milk, there being a great demand for it, and at a good price. Enquire of Mr John Phipard, at the Mansion House.
